... company of loosers , the directors of the company involve them in every thing.. be it team meet or salary discussion or work managment. I wud never advice anyone to work their ... Never ever.. They people cant even run a grocery shop.

Higher management is worst which is above manager. CTC & Incentive structure is pathetic. Career growth is not there, you can't expect the growth at Eldocs.

The worst company i have ever worked for. The management has no manners at all how to treat their agents. No humanity a all they think every single agent who is working there is a dog not a human. Actually they are not even capable to run a pan shop i dont know how they are running a bpo.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
