Phenomenal work place, if you are ready to learn and really willing to take up responsibilities, then the place would give you a great learning experience as a professional. The management and staff are super supportive in everything whether it is professional or personal problem.

Dislikes

The school is a pride of Junagadh and many people's hard work is there behind its success. It should not be destroyed by the cheap politics played by a few employees who enjoy the higher posts with their showoffs, insults, putting others down, etc. True welfare and wellbeing of teachers need to be considered. Even if authorities are open-minded and approachable, most of them won't share their real concerns, maybe out of fear of losing job or thinking that no solution will be found. CPD (not for all) and departmental discussions among educators are missing factors due to workload and time constraints.
