Dislikes

They cut their employees' salaries if they make mistakes without telling them and not written in policy. Management is extremely rude and not at all safe for women. They can shout at you and say anything to your face. The company owner's belief system is that if you want to get more work from your employees then cut their salaries and next time you'll get more work from them.
