Low salary no growth every employee at third party payroll they dont take care of employees no any benifit worst company. Employees working here because of no any jobs in market otherwise there is no any reason to work in ekart

Iam not at all satisfied with the salary it need to be increased because that much work we are doing with high responsibility in hub. It needs to be increased mainly for the sorters because we are working in night shifts.

Please balance with old or new employee. You have to pay the new employee of higher salary like new rate of card and your old empleyee working less salary of against of new employee.
