There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Flipkart is a number one e-commerce in India. Salary getting before the month end. Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good and fair.

You cannot expect growth, from operation head like RM to AM they will decide who is there favorite, for our hard work smart work you can't expect anything to that, overall worst management there is no rolls, in Indian congratulations there is a lot of rolls and act for employees in instakart no one following.

Working with flipkart gave a wonderful experience, office culture and friendly team. and learnt a lot from fellow colleagues, worked with passion and comfort zone i would recommend this place to work.

Dislikes

While working with flipkart 2 years, 4 months never got any appraisals or salary hike. this is the only this personally i dislike about flipkart.
