Most of the people are kept here and are fired before one year for their increment so that they do not have to do increment, hence they Politics removes the dams before hand, Owners Never never motivates you, mostly demotivates you for your work and maybe even before 1 year, they remove you suddenly, Never Expecting They will Pay You Additional 1 Month Salary. When They Ask You To Leave The Company Or Give You Stupid Reason, We Don't Like Your Work After 6 Month Or 2nd Reason Company Have Zero Fund After 1 Year. 😂😂😂 This Is Called Mind Game Seriously The Don't pay Even You Say Your Family Is Sick Or Something Emergency Happen In Your Family They're Heartless Or Emotionless. every company gives a pay out of at least 45 days or 1 month when it fires any employee Or Some Other Reason, but there is no such scene here, it is better if You should avoid going here and search for some other opportunity where you can learn something and also feel that your life is secure For Atleast For Some Years.

No job security, one can get fired even if you look directly in the eyes of owners. Very Huge ego of the owners. They will expect business from you by selling their products at 50 times higher price than rest of the market. No business plan, no one to discuss, no one to listen.
