Upper management, not employee friendly, WFH is not flexible, Unnecessary Mondays and Fridays mandatory to attend office. Recognition of work not done. Long stretched hours still manager will compare.

I like working with team members who are open to new ideas, proactive and fun. The management is approachable and supportive. We have lots of fun activities throughout the year that make every day enjoyable.

Indian HR. They act like god's but honestly have zero power just attitude. Policies all against employees and just for their own interest

For anyone going for Billing team profile, it's a mess, total mess the management doesn't care about you at all you just have to work work and work day and night.
