My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Some of the US management are really caring and genuine

Dislikes

...of politics and the management doesn’t address or even acknowledge any issues. The career growth is decent but salary increase is way too slow! The notice period during busy season is way much.

Dislikes

Management not adequately knowledgeable or skilled for us advanced or even basic accounting. Juniors prepare despite claiming to be qualified CAs ,trashy means really trashy tax returns,wrong high loss making client tax liabilities .No desire to upskill their staff .

Company has weird policy of leaves during busy season. Late night slogging is a must if you choose Eisner Amper.
