There is nothing right now with company's new expat racist management team

Dislikes

New Management team is taking all decisions based on personal likes/dislikes and grudges. There is no governance/system in India to prevent the, HR and compliance team are colluding with the team to save their own jobs. I heard recently a Manager was asked to leave just like that despite performing above target as set by the company. entire India sales team is revolting, do not join here

The company culture is Good , they have decent policy abiding people and moderately competitive products as well with good scientific back-up

Senior Management and Marketing People also seem not to be doing sufficient job at successfully achieving growth so there might also be some temporary blame shifting . My personal experience with my Manager has been troublesome .
