E. I. S electronics company made the cable harness of passenger aircraft ( A-350, A-380 A-320 and Bombardier). My company is very sensitive work in my department and quality products and good environment.

No guidance ,less than 5k in hand wages , no holiday or leave ,worst kind of appraisal like 200rs, no experince letter , a hell hole for freshers

Everything , no growth opportunity ,Highly political and competitive due to vast difference in the salary of colleagues , salary difference can be 15k to 30k for the same work , no work experince given to workers all are on daily wages

I like to work on machine which is from Europe country and company manufactured cable harness for plans. That's I like most in my job nd also in company. Thanks
