1. All employees are friendly. 2. All workers and staffs are treated equally no discrimination. No Flattery or adulation culture. 3. If you are interested in learning you can learn a lot of things from the experienced workers. 4. Saturday Sunday weekly off. 5. Double OT system (not applicable for staffs)

Dislikes

1. Salary is less compared to other companies. 2. Daily Allowance is very very poor almost nill.

HOD's always support to subordinate., Good interpersonal relationships., Salary and park paid on time., Leave policies and work time is good for employees

Dislikes

Lot of politics for new comars, no work culture, policies are not adhere., No target or timeline between sales and production., shop floor team is so strong.. no one terminate or suspend any permanent employee...

Only thing is that u will get the salary in time i.e. last working day of the month.

Dislikes

They don't have any training facility. No career growth. Allowances are very poor in comparison with other companies. They call it MNC but this is working like a system house of Eirich Germany. Work culture is very poor. Management doesn't want to solve any problem. Even they don't bother about the problems of juniors. For promotion & career growth, u will not get any taste of it. From top to bottom, you will get the taste of dirty politics. The company runs because of the service quality, service feedback & ofcourse Eirich design. But the company doesn't give a damn about service dptt. So if somebody wants to join service dptt. Be asure that ur career will be black.
