Very Bad Management He is Daily Daily Change the Rule he is not provide labour and he is asking work time to Time no support In Management

Full support from management in the work and also incentive thoughts are to be encouraged by the management and also GM Varma sir and Giri sir, site challenges are given by GM and Pm sirs, Friendly environment will be created by the management.

Pay scales are to low and also increaments are not good

Management is excellent towards employees. Every need of their employees should be concerned. Providing accommodation three times a day. Time to time pays.

Dislikes

12hr duty at a day. Should be be present atleast two or three Sundays in a month.

Level of responsibility , Work Challenges ,supervising &Mentoring the International Contractor and delivery to client as per international standard level of acceptance .LAST BUT not the least working among multinationals

Deteriorated commercial and professional relationship between EIPL and MEMD.As the Contract administration powers were transferred by Govt. Of Uganda to some other department in between period of execution of the Contract, which created lot of chaos among various stake holders leading to stopage of due payment to EIPL,however EIPL managed to pay the salaries of Employees for at least one year with out receiving even a single dollar from client ,obiously later it was difficult for EIPL to run the show like this , as a result disversment of salaries started postponed to 2-3 months.At the same time client kept asking for deployment of additional staff. Which EIPL tried to fulfill most of the time. Inspite of EIPL, robust design,before time completion of excavation works for such a massive underground power project, owner was not supportive reasons best known to Owner I.e. Govt. Of Uganda Energy department i.e. efforts and hard work and even before time deliveries of EIPL were not appreciated.
