all salary is fixed. Senior management is excellent. I was in total frustration but saw positive changes after writing to senior management.

Work life balance not is here. Salary is less as per industrial standard. Harrasment is very large scale They announced the no increment in 2024. Demotivating environment. Toxic Environment Internal politics is very high.

...ave to pay 5 lakhs which is too much I guess Not having proper canteen facility. And about salary and growth I would suggest avg. One more highliting point i would like to tell is that einfochips head office is in ahemdabad and mostly this company is more into favour of gujrathis and marwadi's..i wont say entirely but many people who are at higher post are gujjus and marwari like 75% i would say..And no happy work environment..every single time you'll be under some immense botheration... To be honest my experience with einfochips was pathetic..joining einfochips was the worst part of life..!If you're experienced person have more than 15 yrs of exp this company is for you..and if you're gujju it will be a cherry on a cake! :)
