Skill development, company culture, no support from the supervisor is poor. Decision making is poor, no clear direction has been made, personal comments, written confirmation practice is not being followed.

Dislikes

Local people doing the partiality and there is no job security, management fires anyone without any reason. Company culture is very poor and nature of people are not good. At the time of joining HR will tell you that their is no bond between employee and the company but whenever probation periods over than HR tell you to sign a 3 years bond otherwise they will not consider you as a permanent employee of the company the same happened with me and my friend.

In the group companies of Elecon, this is the best company to work with. The average age of the employees is very low and as such you find employees are enthusiastic to develop their skills and open to new ideas of business and technology. Promotors almost do not interefere and give absolute freedom to run the company.
