Working culture , politics , No any credit to work / demoralise , no job security , no any salary increments over 4 years. People are worst . Top managment / Managers are worst.

-Too much politics - Anna Culture - One anna came along with his team on high salary and degraded the Company culture from Top to zero.. - Company's financial condition also degraded from Profit to loss

Dislikes

Local people doing the partiality and there is no job security, management fires anyone without any reason. Company culture is very poor and nature of people are not good. At the time of joining HR will tell you that their is no bond between employee and the company but whenever probation periods over than HR tell you to sign a 3 years bond otherwise they will not consider you as a permanent employee of the company the same happened with me and my friend.

Leadership disrespect their employees. You won't get clear direction, and get no written confirmation on the decisions. If anything goes wrong, it's your fault. Head doesn't take stand for their subordinates. No planning, no management...no empathy.

Likes

In the group companies of Elecon, this is the best company to work with. The average age of the employees is very low and as such you find employees are enthusiastic to develop their skills and open to new ideas of business and technology. Promotors almost do not interefere and give absolute freedom to run the company.
