All. There is lots of partiality and no encourage in work. No motivation speaks if works is done. Not proper management. Not healthy environment. No promotion. No rewards and recognition. No proper workspace for hybrid work. No proper work culture. No support. No action on any concerns. No transport facility. No transport allowance. No feedback. No proper work. No growth. Cannot develop our skills. No proper technology. You cannot prove yourself as they have lot of restrictions. And we cannot connect directly with developers for anything. We cannot catch up any persons directly expect your team everything should go via management. You will not get proper requirement for the tasks. You cannot suggest or raise any concerns as they set the rules for themselves. You cannot change anything there until you get permission from management.
