1. An individual will be able to learn more on projects. But the individual has to learn on their own. There is office canteen.

Dislikes

1. You have to slog a lot, but there is no reward. During peek submission, you have to work on Sunday or any holiday. If need be you have to work 24 hours and in the end there is no reward and no respect. 2. To boss' eye you are just a slave. If not you, then someone else. 3. Yearly the company laysoff 30% of the staff. The worthy gets terminated and those who are sugar coating their boss will remain. 4. One of the HOD is moody, he is the Boss, but no Leader.

It's great honor to work here.. each every employee will give their best.. all are commitment oriented. A genuine company. Working environment is good most all are youngsters they are very enthusiastic to learn new things. We grow personally. Every seniors and even MD are more supportive to make as a better personality.

Pathetic work culture. Project managers behaves like thugs. Company doesn't respect employees personal life,they make them to work overtime always. This people doesn't even know how to design small Retaining wall and culverts.

No job security and not a good place for honest and sincere workers. Moreover make people to work till 8 PM in the night and no OT will be paid.

Colleagues are excellent but worst management and Director. Doesn't know how to behave with ladies
