Almost all teammates provided the self motivation needed to work hard and smart at the same time, I didn't receive much training courses. Not much career growth was available since the appraisal was given by higher authorities. Work environment was stressful and time management was not efficient.

Dislikes

The appraisal policy was not sincere. A lot of unethical activities were being applied while setting it. No innovation was presented, work was so routine and not much to learn either. Work-life balance was good, however; sometimes we used to stay at the office till 12 midnight to finalize the committee's reports, but that did happen occasionally.
