It's a very good engineering consulting company. If you are hired with a good salary then it's good. Salary comes on 30 th or 31st of every month.

Management is very worst. Increment policy is very bad. If There is a bonus part in the salary structure, you will not get the whole bonus amount. You will get a 25% of bonus amount mentioned in the salary structure.,Although bonus is part a of CTC. Hr policy is very worst

Leave credited after the Quater, Medical Benefits covers only 2 Lakhs, PF deduction only Rs.1800, No professional training for employees, No support from HQ.

The one and only good thing about Egis is they dont fail paying salary on time. its the 1st day of the month. Company culture is good.

Dislikes

If you are working in project the whole scenario changes the essence of the company wont reach you. Their project office works completely independently! Your work culture, working days/hours all depends on client wish. Egis hardly intervenes in that. They dont have those kind of managers who will have any say.. They treat project office as cash flow medium thats it.
