Good environment for working, exposure to various challenging projects. Team is supportive, management is quite busy but always responded positively. Good chances of career growth if you are goal driven.

Dislikes

Hike and bonus are there but gets delay. No on job training or skill development is provided. You are on your own for learning any new skill.

Excellent atmosphere for both trainee & experience person. Cooperative and supportive culture inside the company & good learning atmosphere.

Sometimes work pressure is very high due to which you have to work even on Sunday. Salary growth is less

The one and only good thing about Egis is they dont fail paying salary on time. its the 1st day of the month. Company culture is good.

Dislikes

If you are working in project the whole scenario changes the essence of the company wont reach you. Their project office works completely independently! Your work culture, working days/hours all depends on client wish. Egis hardly intervenes in that. They dont have those kind of managers who will have any say.. They treat project office as cash flow medium thats it.
