Salary given on time mostly, helpful and friendly working environment at office my place others I don't know. Health insurance given that's all and only Sunday are off at project office.

...with out given over time. Appreciation was given to oiling and buttering people. No job security at project offices, they think I am taken for granted they can throw you whenever they want without given en early notice and rehire you whenever they want without discussing all the details salary benefits working hours, project etc. So think twice before going to join this company I don't say every one have the same experience may be I am the exception one so please do your own research.

... not good and it's depends on Favoritsm also. 4) No bonus, facilities are there. You will get salary only. 5) Job security is not there. It can also happen with you to give your resignation Just after confirmation of your probation period. 6) There are Lots of politics in all departments. If you complain about anything eg: Your supervisor. He'll surely going to know who and what complaint did to whom and your countdown will start to resign within months. 7) Few teams are lead by highly unprofessional people.

Site teammates were very supportive though Coordination between site and H.O staff is very poor.

Enter at your own risk... There is no job security. In this epidemic setuation they will fire you without notice period and any compensation.

I got very excellent experience with egis team and timing of salary, aprisal or work environment is very excellent, I proud to work with egis.

The company is a Big Name only but the management is horrible.Salary is provided in time that is the only benefit.The work environment is worst as the top management will always treat you for your work.They will force you to work beyond your stipulated office time.Head office will also treat you as a clerk and there is no respect for you by the Head office people.

Dislikes

Beware while negotiating your salary as you may get trouble after joining as they have many policies which is not at all employee friendly.Managers are the worst people I have seen, they don't value your hard work.The working time is about 12 hours which is horrible.
