...management is transparent.This is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Thare is lot of policies but management doesn't address our issues. Some times it's difficult to communicate employees problems with management.

... not good and it's depends on Favoritsm also. 4) No bonus, facilities are there. You will get salary only. 5) Job security is not there. It can also happen with you to give your resignation Just after confirmation of your probation period. 6) There are Lots of politics in all departments. If you complain about anything eg: Your supervisor. He'll surely going to know who and what complaint did to whom and your countdown will start to resign within months. 7) Few teams are lead by highly unprofessional people.

Good environment for working, exposure to various challenging projects. Team is supportive, management is quite busy but always responded positively. Good chances of career growth if you are goal driven.

Hike and bonus are there but gets delay. No on job training or skill development is provided. You are on your own for learning any new skill.

It's a very good engineering consulting company. If you are hired with a good salary then it's good. Salary comes on 30 th or 31st of every month.

Dislikes

Management is very worst. Increment policy is very bad. If There is a bonus part in the salary structure, you will not get the whole bonus amount. You will get a 25% of bonus amount mentioned in the salary structure.,Although bonus is part a of CTC. Hr policy is very worst
