The one and only good thing about Egis is they dont fail paying salary on time. its the 1st day of the month. Company culture is good.

Dislikes

If you are working in project the whole scenario changes the essence of the company wont reach you. Their project office works completely independently! Your work culture, working days/hours all depends on client wish. Egis hardly intervenes in that. They dont have those kind of managers who will have any say.. They treat project office as cash flow medium thats it.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair

Company increment appraisals are very small and they give good salary hike but no bonus .
