The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Diversification of work is very much in this organisation. I love the fact i am been such a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality services and has good clients.

Compensation is very decent the annual increment is limited rest all are perfect

I was free to do the work my way but only because of my role. Others were having very hard time.

Everything, people are good but only in your front. Salary doesn't match the amount of work you are doing, and the higher ups are rude and non-trustable.

A tight knit family like organisation. For ambitious folks, best place to work--as there is no boundary for your growth. No biases for religion, regionality, caste, creed, gender, etc. Great place for women to work. Excellent work-life-balance. Plus, many roles are on long term Work From Home basis.

Dislikes

It's not as large as a corporate. Hence, exposure to challenges of politics is limited.

I spent more than 6 years in this organization and I really appreciate the way I was given different challenging roles during my tenure. Heads up. Really appreciate the support that was always given my management. Politics is a part of every organization, the company/management doesn't play any role in politics but yes some people do it.. So it's OK.. Overall Experience was 10 on 10. Hats off to Rahul Sir (MD) - One word Respect.

Nothing to mention why working here but many lots of reason why you should not work @ EFY Group.

company without vision, leadership, no future, high job in-security, no culture, no support staff. People only wasting their time. No value of your exp, only do whatever management asked to you. No worlk life balance. Typical LALA company after being 48 years.
