...wer Level Staffs at least in my site are very very open Minded and supportive. they even show their salary slip loool In terms of Skills development or Knowledge, this type of Job is Heaven for 10th pass or 12th Pass/ITI. They will Learn, a lot.

Dislikes

Poor Management Department and there is NO CONCEPT of weekly-Off in this Company let alone the leave Policy. They don't care about the Problems which Employee are facing while working. They literally Ghost the employee. And would try every means by Hooked or Crooked way to get the Work done. Graduates fellow will find Over-qualified for these Jobs. There is NO carrer for them in this line, and also they won't learn a lot.

Management are not providing salary,I left company from 6month a go,still am getting my salary, lot of time I informed regrading salary,but till now am not getting my salary.and I worked there full month but they are deducted my pf amount less.

I enjoy the sincere appreciation i receive from not my boss, But also the people i work with.A heartfelt thanks goes a long way to improving my attitude and productivity. I good at my job and feel positive to our company. Company provide training to all site that is so good and use full.

... company get growth in market but suddenly after 2 year company come to loss. Company not give salary on time.

First thankfull to EFS. I have joined multi skill technician then I got promotion engineer level in between service. Skills good Sefty & trainings good. Good knowledge improve Good Team work like familyesrs Good promotions if you work smart & hard

...y due to personal issue. I have done my service 6years now they look me enemy. Salary not incriminate after receive promotion also.

Staffs get salary on time. But for me, EFS is a Institute where I learnt lots of things.

Dislikes

Fluctuate salary, for example - All housekeepers, technicians, supervisors don't get same salary. Even I'm also MEP supervisor & have B-tech degree but getting gross salary SAR 2800.
