Night shifts & No job security at all. If they cannot find a client for a particular Employee they straight away lay them off no matter what experience or expertise they have after completing 3months of probation, hence, no job security.

... take ages to reply. Worst part is the HR and Management only gives false hopes. These people employee Indians at lowest salary and consider them as mazdoor. No a safe place to work here. They can layoff at anytime.

Still I'm working here. I heard "On call Termination without any notice Period or Pay" from colleagues and today my manager and director also spoke about it like the company given chance to them to improve but the truth is they didn't. Nowadays we all are worrying about our job. Because the Job insecurity is high. Staying in available pool for long time will increase your fear of losing Job and spoil your experience. Now we (Available candidates) are actively looking for a job. I request you all to not accept an offer from this company anymore. Once I get a job, definitely I will leave this.

The Managers/ SMEs are a group of dumb people. They conduct meetings on whom to fire for very irrelevant mistakes. The clients are okay & they understand if someone makes mistakes but these Managers find these opportunities to fire.

NO job security at all, as the management solely depends on their clients rather than the employees. NO opportunity for growth until and unless the client you are placed with gives such opportunity. NO transparency in communication from the immediate management about feedback or any change in policies. TOO much micromanagement. INCOMPETENT SMEs (except one) with almost NO technical knowledge. Don't join here leaving your present organization just because of WFH option. It's a TRAP. Unless you are currently jobless or lost your job DON'T even consider this company. This company is suitable for a stop gap solution max up to 2 yrs. Run by some incompetent Manger & SMEs who have the final say on your performance. In short a very TOXIC culture! I would recommend, stay away from this company.
