The Managers/ SMEs are a group of dumb people. They conduct meetings on whom to fire for very irrelevant mistakes. The clients are okay & they understand if someone makes mistakes but these Managers find these opportunities to fire.

Salary as per market standard, Salary on time, WFH.

Dislikes

NO job security at all, as the management solely depends on their clients rather than the employees. NO opportunity for growth until and unless the client you are placed with gives such opportunity. NO transparency in communication from the immediate management about feedback or any change in policies. TOO much micromanagement. INCOMPETENT SMEs (except one) with almost NO technical knowledge. Don't join here leaving your present organization just because of WFH option. It's a TRAP. Unless you are currently jobless or lost your job DON'T even consider this company. This company is suitable for a stop gap solution max up to 2 yrs. Run by some incompetent Manger & SMEs who have the final say on your performance. In short a very TOXIC culture! I would recommend, stay away from this company.

...if you are not placed) Leave approval Growth/ learning within the organisation No motivation- no appreciation- no bonus Activity tracking app Micro management They track so much that You will get calls if you stay inactive for some while or log in out early 20-30 minutes

...it to the US clients Sixth - Direct working with US clients on their projects Seventh - You will get the salary on time, even if you are not placed with the US client for at least 2-3 months

Firstly - If you can't share your previous work with them due to the NDA policy, then they can lay you off on an immediate basis without any notice period with a salary of that month Secondly - After the training, it may take 2-3 months to get on board with the client and projects Thirdly - People are cooperative in nature but some of them may ruin your day as well (such people can be counted on fingers) Fourth - No Job security, always be ready with a backup plan, they can fire you any day. One of my ex-colleague got fire on the immediate basis within 45 days of joining with no notice period.
