Few Managers and Leads give you toxic living there and try to play mind games so be careful of them and a hint is manager name starts with J and lead name starts with N these both are the worst persons representing their positions and degrading the value of their positions. Still working under them with a lot of patience .

I joined here as a Fresher. For freshers it's the perfect company to join because everything we can learn from scratch and implement them better. It's the company which gives you opportunity to think new. Work Culture is been fantastic as we get support from the lead developers and experienced candidates. Most importantly, management gives us opportunity to come with new new ideas and encourage us to think big and out of box. We will get the proper recognition for our work which is very important for the employees to work more harder. EffiaSoft will encourages its employees to try new things irrespective of their positions. Company policies were excellent.

worst form of work life balance .even if someone dies that should be informed in prior of 2 weeks. Even approving leave also will be taken to higher authorities just to create good impression on them .such a cheap minded people .
