...he death of Amit Aggarwal ji. Company has lost its vision. It will close soon. They have no mechanism of fixing salary with designation . I have seen AM salary equivalent to senior associate. Senior management is very arrogant. But they don't know ghamand to kisi ka nahi rha hai. Their whole bd team has already left. If a company don't get work,how it can give appraisal. I think one who wants growth in his life after two year must not continue there. As the company will not give you salary to work. It's like wage not salary.

...these people cannot utter a word against any rash decision of the management. Salary hikes are sometimes in hundreds(850 pm). Yes!! They hire trainees on a minimum stipend and once the trainee is made permanent, the hike he will receive will be calculated on his stipend. 8-10% hike on 12K!!!! Performance awards are rarely given on merits. Clerical staff of government department of some rural location would have a better thinking than the management here.

...how their ego. Few managers looks like the uneducated ones sitting at such post. Salary is like, a real labour might get a better one. Don't go on knowledge. No clear policies and HR is very rude and egoistic. Can anytime kick you out of the organisation giving some illogical reasons. Don't even say good wishes on the farewell day. And the location is worst, and management feels like there is no better place other than this.

Salary package is too low during the training periods & after completing given time period of training if don't give upto accurate result they extend the training for 1 or 2 months for the same pay scale.

No perks. Come on time. Leave on time. Saturday sunday off.

Directors are completely uneducated, uncouth. Will openly swear, insult staff on the floor. Pass derogatory comments on female employees. No space for growth.
