Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. The all types of makes manufactures different types of valves will be able to learn. The major determination about the company will provide good experience. all( every person) to build up innovate own (new company) by the using of Efco experience. Great experience Efco company to all. By the using of thease experience every person's should able to build innovate new companies.

The company is open to innovation and readily adapt latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of the team that market reliable and high quality products.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high sometimes. I've to work 14-18 hours in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individuals unique strength.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable ,high and has a global clients. I had travelled Nigeria for 3 times on TWP visa permit.More over all over India I had to power plants , Refinery and gas plants( ongc and Reliance ,Adani and Tata) and other fertilizer plants.I also like the employee rehire policy.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work is very high . Some times ,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Team work used to be done , suggestions used to taken by Manager and sr.engineers.I do receive appreciation emails and phone calls from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is a on job training for Freshers,hence seniors we have to guide them.

All safety precautions has been taking by management towards all the employees, and conducting awareness, trainings on COVID. Efco management is very good and very cooperative, supportive in COVID lockdown. 100% salaries also given to all employees, We all always thank ful to our MDsir Mr.Vasant Roy. Who always thinks and takecare of all employees in factory.
