New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Frankly speaking,i didn't like any thing in this Company. More pressure regarding sales target.

Dislikes

No work life balance.No particular timings.If one minute late,then it become more scene.but they leave us 1 hr late. Timing is too much inconvenient.More Pressure regards sales target.Even there is no placement in the company.Every thing is jst bluffing.I Don't even serve in Notice period, because of the hectic pressure.Under Vijetha Leadership,it was really too much hectic.No placement, No job security,No work life balance.

Work culture is nice No much pressure of sales Making sales possible by simpler methods Call feedback mechanism to improve the overall performance in sales. It's an average start up company.

Dislikes

They don't want your growth. They won't let u grow. If u r fresher, in 2 months they'll work with u, then simply put u in PIP in will remove you from the company without any notice. Everything is under control of manager, if he wishes, then u stay, otherwise u don't. Also they don't provide u second chance if u request them.

Nothing like teacher trainers all are student or not working in the real world and they do not have any prior experience
