Nothing to like there, just the fancy office.

Everything was there to dislike, unnecessary pressure from the top without showing the way and the solution, putting the expense vs earning in front of sales team on display only to discourage them, no guidance from the top only dictation, 9 to 6 office hour but it could extend till 9 pm most of the days, too much politics, fake promises made to customers/students and what not! If anyone from edvizo is reading this then please reply what is your earning now vs the expenditure! Why did you lie to students about scholarship in their choice of institute while you gave them some random third grade choice and still didn't earn a dime! They didn't listen to the field guys, never implemented the honest feedback, do things in hurry to put unnecessary pressure on the employee, this company is a hell for outsiders, heaven for 5 to 6 closed group of people! God help those who would even think to join this company!

CEO is one of the best person only followed by Co-founder. Learned so many things under the supervision of higher management but only thing that disappointed me is some persons overhere making work culture worst like Reporting Manager and HR.
