Every thing sucks in this Organization .. THEY ARE NOT HAVING FUNDS TO PAY EMOPLOYEE SALARY. All CXO are jokers - they have no etiquettes to talk especially the one who handles collections. he is totally mad - he has short term memory loss - he is upset minded. This Organization hire fraud people from outside Industry because they themselves are fraud. Culture is toxic sad bad pathetic shit.

They do not pay salaries to the employees, there is no senior support, & RSM Keshav Khanna & his ASM Anurag Sharma never support the employees, there is a very toxic work environment, there is no job security either.

Not sure if there's anything to like. They lie before getting you onboard, make false promises around benefits and growth. Some colleagues are good though.

Poor culture, poor infra, they don't even provide you laptop, no compensation of any kind, No bonus, delayed increments (from 6 to 15 months), no value for inputs, no structured processes of any kind

The work culture here is toxic, particularly under the management of the marketing team's older female leader. Malavika & Loveleen, often fail to communicate respectfully with employee, treating team poorly and undermining their contribution. Additionally constant micromanagement stifles creativity and growth, while the absence of promotion for dedicated employee further demotivate the team. Toxic work culture, always assign different work from profile, donkey managers.
