They didn't pay the salary on time.The salary has been consistently delayed by 2-3 months, and after that, they informed us that they don't have the funds to pay. This lack of transparency and reliability has caused a lot of stress and financial uncertainty for the team.

Nothing to be liked about the company. Horrible experiences.

They do not pay salary for months always give fake promises of getting the salary credited but never pay, complete unprofessional environment, full of politics played by upper management, whenever call or send email for salary they do not respond to the calls and emails.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
