There is no opportunity to improve your skill as a Network Administrator because in every project you have to do same task.

You will get your salary on time and fixed 5- 10 percent appraisal every year. Don't expect appreciation even if you have done a great job.

Eduquity wants to work on old technology even being a software company. No scope for professional and personal growth. But you want job security you can work here for maybe 30 years.It's more like a traditional Indian government organisation where things do not change although the world is aiming high.

It’s completely a fraud company . Pathetic. Mainly their top management is only fraud . They will hire and then once their work is done they will terminate you . Basically they have a use and throw policy . Dibya Ranjan , RS Menon , Roy and Khushboo all are they same . They dont even pick your calls and listen . Pure fraud company

Pure Fraud Company . Their top management consists of Dibya Ranjan , RS Menon , Roy , Khushboo. They will hire when they require and once the work is over in a month they will terminate you . Really a pathetic company . Please take care and think twice before joining

Overall no work satisfaction. Just torture. The employee work for 15 hours, but he learn zero. only next next finish. That's it. I lost my 14 years of time. They blackmail us emotionally.
