Oh man, i worked with a senior counselor as her buddy for a while, she made sure my life was hell. She didn't respect me at all. She wont allow me to talk to students nor she allowed me to attend the meetings. She was impolite and rude. She made me draft mails and compared me with other employees all the time, even after it had just been a week since i had joined the company. I so would never refer anyone to work in this company. She was / is very insecure in her job and that means she be little's everyone around. She doesn't even respect her own boss or the branch manager. Moreover she needs to understand what the question is before answering, she needs to improve her own language before she gives wrong information to the students and the parents.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
