... and stupid manager with zero knowledge. Don't join they will spoil your career. Biggest issue in getting salary. First they will welcome you like damaadji and once you joined they will start showing you real face. No week off on month end. They will tell you hybrid but will asked to come to office daily. You can't speak with anyone sitting next to you because they will you are not allowed to speak with anyone during working hours. You can't discuss any ideas with your senior and mistakenly if you did then the complete credit will goes to your senior only. Found team leaders with no skills and full of stupidness and only 1 manager they have sanket with no knowledge complete personality only know how to make everyone sit for more 2hrs after working hrs.

Good experience to work in Eduonix. Very Professional & good job security, no salary issues. I will recommend to join this company without any hesitation. Best culture quality is that we get to learn from the best on the job from professional & experienced superiors.

Reporting is not automated and changes very often. Break time is frowned upon.
