Although they promise huge benifits but neither they have budget nor they releive employees easily. With me they Publically made me stand infront of the whole office and humiliated for leaving the company.

It's ok if they terminate you but if you try to leave they will make you pay heck in a public manner. Not recommended untill you want a slow career growth in terms of finances as they don't have funds.

Low salary , Saturday working , sandwich holiday policy , strict working hours , only 12 leaves in a year is given , and 6 medical leaves which is also half paid., tea served is very bad , toilets are not clean , no work from home ,

Politics is more higher than the salary and work...Hard working is always suffer and abused by the seniors. ( Worst company in Noida and Lucknow office also)

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working here, and I must say it was one of the most disheartening professional environments I've encountered. The company’s work culture is toxic, with little to no support for employees. There’s a lack of teamwork and collaboration, with many individuals focused solely on their own tasks without any effort to assist one another. Communication is poor, leading to confusion, frustration, and unnecessary mistakes that could easily have been avoided with better coordination. The working environment itself is just as discouraging. The office space is outdated, cramped, and uninspiring, which only adds to the overall sense of discomfort. It seems like there’s little regard for employee well-being, both physically and mentally. The workload is often unreasonable, with no work-life balance and unrealistic expectations, making it difficult for employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To make matters worse, the behavior of the HR department is appalling. Instead of being a resource for support, they seem to be completely disconnected from the realities of the workplace. They are dismissive of employee concerns, unresponsive to feedback, and lack any genuine care for resolving issues. Any attempt to raise concerns about workplace conditions is met with indifference, and it feels like the HR team’s only priority is protecting the company’s reputation rather than advocating for the employees. All in all, it is a place where employees are undervalued, overworked, and unsupported. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive, healthy, and respectful work environment.
