Nothing as such. Its been a great experience. Every company is otherwise learning and growing and making the process better. The office space could be slightly more nothing else.

None to Dislike Some room for improvements 1. Only 2nd Saturday off. At least make an alternative Saturday off or 2nd or 3rd Saturday off. 2. Learning and Development can be more structured.

Being from a different Education background, I opted for the designated role and was given the privilege to learn and grow together. The management so considerate and emphatetic enough to understand the needs and requirements of their employees. They follow the motto of growing together as a team rather than mere individuals.
