Remote work permanently. The CEO is well-known and knowledgeable but lacks the skills in running a company succesfully.

Dislikes

1. Doesn't provide a laptop or video editing system for remote employees. 2. Internal Politics and Toxic Work Culture. 3. Managers Reply on Co-Workers of your level (Who is in the company only for 2 months before you) to manage you. 4. The Manager is partial, practices nepotism and doesn't acknowledge problems instead puts all blame on you. 5. HR is a novice and doesn't respond to you. She is very rude and egoistic. 6. Management is poor.

Likes

The business model of the organization was good. The owner is experienced and a prominent leader. The organization is good but few people are destroying it.

Dislikes

The Administration is poor. I was working under a so called senior editor named Rimmi. She is incompetent, and doesn't know how to edit properly. The entire team was confused and blaming each other. Forget growth growth, these supervising incompetent people will kill your spirit, especially the person named Rimmi Agarwal.
