The type of work is very preferable if you want to get in touch with academics also you can learn the relevant skills at the same time. The work culture and staffs are very good and cooperative to work with.

There is no job security at all. Employees get fired all of sudden without proper justification sometimes.

very good manager and sir, takes care of employees a lot not like other money making machine companies.... its a lifetime experience, company treats us like own family, work life balance can be maintained very well. No hectic schedule or overwork.

This is a discrimanatory company run by over hyped IITians who don't have as much skill theoretically or practically as a normal engineering college graduate but have the rubber stamp of a Tier 1 college (a discrimanatory practice made by the junk HR department of private companies). They reject the application after 10 days without even giving an opportunity to test the skill of the candidate who has taken the time to fill thousands of rubbish details which they ask them to fill while applying for a work from home job. They only select people from West Bengal. All states should start following this practice of only employing their own people by rejecting other state people even if they are from Tier 1 institute.

I worked here as a Subject matter expert from home. It was a great experience. The mentors are very supportive and professional at the same time. You learn alot here and the work life balance is great.
