Nothing. I only time the employees work there and the company is the worst start-up.

They doesn't pay on time. They also doesn't give increments. Infact due to lockdown and covid-19 they asked use to do work from home and doesn't paid our salary on time we asked for our salary so the said to leave the job and also didn't provide the experience certificate. The salary was also the half of the half as expected. But yeah the environment is so good because of the employees work there but the when it comes to salary I give this company zero out of ten.

- Its been a year now, and they are not giving my one month salary even after serving a 2 months notice period. They also didn't give my notice period salary. - No work culture. - Timings are strict. - Employee retainment is zero. - No increments/bonuses. - They can fire and hire any time. - No vision and plans for the future growth. - The CEO of the company is the boss and not a leader/visionary. He will make you feel useless and unwanted. His way of talking will make you feel leaving the company immediately. You will have to sacrifice your self respect to work here. - Believe me- NO SALARY and NEVER ON TIME is a red flag to not work here. I have never had such an experience with any of my previous employee. This is a horrible place to work in with no benefits or growth.

A lot of thing is here what you can dislike here. 1.No salary on time,they will make you work for 2 months and give you only one month salary which won't come in time also 2.There is only one lady who has given the assignment of Hr,Adim,tech.She thinks she is superior. My suggestion is don't waste your time doing job here,rather than take some time and search for a genuine job.

...ou do not have to serve any notice, neither it was written in your offer letter. But the will not clear your full and final pay, saying that you didn't serve your notice. It has a very poor reputation in the market also. The MD is basically a cheat and fraud.

Stressful work, Boss behaviour is very rude and he is a arrogant person. It's salary procedure was not good. When I was working there they give the salary by cheque but they said deposit the cheque after 5 days.
