However, the company faced challenges in management and organizational structure. Job security was a concern, and unexpected changes in salary and workload added to the pressure. Despite these challenges, it was a learning experience that strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic work environment.

These people don't pay salaries. After even showing the work these people don't pay salaries and pretend like they are not wrong. They also keep working on Saturdays and dont even allow you to leave the office 10 mins earlier. Seems like a school. Work culture is too bad.

Managment is a thing which i hate here, they micro manage the employees, and dont even pay salary on time. sometimes two months salary is pending when asked about the salary Ram sir shouts at us saying paise lana salary lekar jana...terrible

I had an extremely negative experience working at Edsom Fintech. Below are the key points that reflect my dissatisfaction: The Work Environment is highly toxic. there is a complete lack of respect for employees, & overall atmosphere is demotivating. Employee are expected to work on saturdays & often through the night. Despite Putting in extensive effort & long hours , there is no recognition for hardwork. Even After working diligently, employees are often criticized for their performance. Many employees are terminated without proper notice. this creates an atmosphere of job insecurity. The CEO lacks technical expertise & does not seem to understand the nuances of the industry or how to effectively manage a team. there is also lack of proper management across departments. Overall, I would not recommend this Company as place to work due to the poor work culture, unresonable expectations, & lack of competent leadership.
