You'll get all the resources. The CO- team and the officials are super friendly with creative minds. They will be in reach when u need something either financially or officially.

Dislikes

Salary at the initial level is quite low to the work that u put for. If you are a fresher that is fine but if u are experienced or come by lot of expectations from a highly qualified background then you will be a bit dissapointed but once you perform well they will consider you and there will be hike in salary. Also there are attractive incentive plans but you have to wait for a quite long time to get.
