...onal people. I resigned in my probation period due to their unethical practices. I resigned on the 15th of the month and they dint pay me the salary for the 15 days and dint even give me the experience letter. The appointment letter clearly mentioned the 1 Day notice period if I resigned in the probation period but they asked me to serve atleast 15 days if I want my salary. I was hired as an admission counsellor but was given the work of a telecaller and expected me to sell courses to the students instead of counselling them for their educational needs. The worst part is that on the name of counselling they are just asking their telecallers to lie about the college and placements to the aspiring students. No proper training was given. No support from TL. If you go and ask any doubt, the TL replies - kuch bhi bol do. Kya farak padta hai!! And if you try to ask other co-workers, the TL would interrupt the discussion and make that co-worker busy (who is making you understand something). Even the HR was of no good. She dint want me to tell the correct reasons of my resignation to the directors and told me to give some family issue excuse. The funny part is they even asked back the goodies that they gave me on the day of joining. Lastly I would say, be it HR or team leader or even directors, all are tarred with the same brush. All are liers, unethical and impassive people.
