Worst management ever I had seen PF and salary won't be credited on time and job description doesn't even match the candidate qualification / job role no response from HR regarding salary delay Note ( If you are a fresher don't even consider this as a company it's a man power supply agency

Worst Management. In offer letter mentioned 90days notice period or 45days notice period remaining pay basic pay but while putting notice they say only will get experience letter while staying 90days also holding the salary. For last 6months pf amount is not credited. Micro Management.

No Job security. No one has enough knowledge for the their role to lead a team and in technical. This is not a product based company. Its just running by a guy who only aims for his money. Policies will be revised often for each individual for the company benefit.

Dislikes

This “consultancy” is only aiming about pay check from their clients by deputing people. They wont worry about the deputed people whether they alive or dead or got enough respect from client side or not, etc…. No technical forums / persons available here for resolving technical issues. Nothing is available to grow here. I strongly not recommend this consultancy, And insist everyone to move for another better oppurtunity.

Food was provided in onsite company.

No government holidays were given, sunday work. No work hours keeping 11 to 12 shift from 8am reporting at campus to 7 or 7.30pm and then commute, also there is no good will allowance or overtime. Singles living in hostel can work here. Salary is basic GET level. Swiggy persons will get more salary and benefits. Women safety is nil in contract work in design and work load is somewhat less, impossible task timing and goals. Bait and switch tactics was used. If a person has so much commitment to repay loans, then they can work here. No rules only profit, bottom feeders doing contract work.
