...ost. Due to the drama of all this, the right of the employees is being violated. These people do not pay the employees for their hard work, while they keep the employees sitting for a long time. Employees are forcibly being asked to sit in the office and they are not paid for their hard work and time and what's more, these people forcibly made me work on Saturdays for 6 months. Whereas it was not mentioned anywhere in my offer letter that you have to come on Saturdays too, whereas Saturday was my week off and when it was my turn for promotion, they put it down saying that it will be given only to those who joined in September. Yours will be in October whereas my performance was very good and for some reason they had extended my tenure by one month and when I complained to my manager, I will leave the company.So the founder sitting in the Mohali office told me to go and tell him, that is me, that there is no need to take him too seriously. Now what do I understand by this. If you are extending my professional period despite my good performance, then why was this done? After that when October came, there was talk of promotion with me. Then they created a new drama, a new hurdle. They said that the investor has left, but they did not cover up this matter. That is why these people created a lot of ruckus. That they started laying off. Why did I get a lay off instead of promotion, that too because these useless and worthless employees are sitting in the marketing team. Those who were given work from home. They used to say that her grandmother is unwell, whereas the girl had clearly threatened that I will leave the company, then they were being so partial. Despite being in the same team, they used to discriminate. The management, along with all of us employees of a department, has kept useless, unsuccessful and sycophant people as their employees and the hard workers who take a stand within themselves have been thrown out. This will be a curse for these people and the company will soon be shut down.

Dislikes

It is a company with no job security and I wish people were more open about the truth. The reviews you see are mostly the ones that the HR team asks the existing employees to write. The office politics is terrible and they play too dirty. Especially in the last few months they have tried to bully so many people so that either they leave or the company unethically terminates them. They will ensure ways to save some pennies by holding your salaries falsely or unethically. And the worst part is there is no clarity of work from top management and fingers will always be pointed at you by higher management if desired results are not achieved. No WFH flexibility, unsatisfactory appraisals, strict office timings, unfriendly work environment.
