I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Great place to expand your knowledge. Lot of diverse teams and we get to see great cultural experiences. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Salary hike is never there. Promotions are a dream. The half yearly bonus (which is a part of our annual pay) is not given fully. Lesser than 50% is only given. In some cases, much lesser.

Work from Home even non Pandimic days.

Dislikes

Compensation, no other benefits, never get people onboard, have to complete work with minimal resource. No hikes on time.. Very very poor hikes.. No promotion even after 7 years of work.
