...new policies without informing the employees and she forced you to follow that ! The worst thing about this company that the "SALARY IS NEVER ON TIME" ! Toxic and abusive boss : SWATI KADEL ! Good I left after a year ! I find my mental peace back ! If you don't want to spoil your mental peace,please "DO NOT JOIN EDGESETTER EVER".

I never left any bad review to any company or product but for this particular company , if my one review can help someone's mental health and future then why not. The boss only respects those who give her daily gossip , it doesn't matter how loyal you are towords work , you will never get recognised, in fact one gossip against you and she will start torchering . She is not interested to know or check if whatever gossip she is getting against you true or not. Justification only works here if you will come up with other gossip so she can shift to them ,funny right. Not at all ethical company rules are made to torcher employees, she will only help you and listen to you if you give something in return. If your mental health is important to you then please don't join this company.
