There is no job security here. Anytime owner swati kedal can remove her employees and anytime she can deduct the salary. Owner is very rude and environment in office is very suffocating. Alot of Payment issues are there

Everything, director doesn't know how to talk to her employees. Always shouting on the floor.. She doesnt give incentive at all, it was promised within quarter, i left, still my incentives are not paid.. Director has no manners to deal with employees, she taunts like mother in law in every two seconds Tortures every second , comes and sits next to you, doesnt trust her own employess.. plan big politics , plays divide n rule has highest insecurities she doesnt want collegues to be friendly with each other

Only work,work,work will be there ! You cant talk with over colleagues ! No management system at all. Without your knowledge, rules will make here and you have to follow that.
